Mr. Aversa is a Vice President at 3Wire with expertise in M&A, corporate strategy, equity capital markets, and debt financings for both public and private clients in the aerospace, defense, and government sectors.

Prior to joining 3Wire, Mr. Aversa was an Associate in Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace and Defense Group, where he advised on a wide array of domestic and international transactions, including M&A, corporate advisory, and capital markets. Mr. Aversa started his career at Wells Fargo, serving as a Corporate Banking Analyst in their Power and Utilities group, where he assisted in evaluating, structuring, and underwriting various debt financing solutions.

Mr. Aversa holds a B.S. in Math from the University of Waterloo and a B.B.A. in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University.
